1. Sponsor
This giveaway is organized by Backlink Records, a U.S.-based online record store.
2. Eligibility
The giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Backlink Records and their immediate family members are not eligible to win.
3. Entry Period
The giveaway begins at 12:00 AM ET on June 27, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM ET on July 27, 2025.
4. How to Enter
To enter, participants must complete all of the following:
Entry Confirmation: To be eligible for the Backlink Records $500 Summer Giveaway, all participants must submit the giveaway form on the landing page using a valid email address and Instagram handle.
5. Bonus Entries
Participants will receive 5 bonus entries for each item purchased from Backlink Records between June 27, 2025 and July 27, 2025. To qualify, purchases must be made using the same email address used to enter the giveaway.
6. Winner Selection
One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on July 31, 2025. The winner will be notified via Instagram direct message and email. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, a new winner will be selected.
7. Giveaway
The winner will receive a $500 store credit to redeem at backlinkrecords.com. The store credit is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. The store credit cannot be applied to shipping outside the United States.
8. General Conditions
By entering, participants agree to receive promotional emails from Backlink Records. You must be subscribed to our email list at the time of winner selection to be eligible for the giveaway.
Backlink Records reserves the right to disqualify any entries suspected of being spam, fake accounts, or in violation of these rules.
