Below are answers to some of the most frequently asked questions from the Backlink Records community.

1. Are your vinyl records new or used?

All records sold at Backlink Records are 100% new and unplayed. We source directly from independent labels and distributors.

2. Can I request something you don’t currently have in stock?

Yes—use our contact form and select “I would like to request a specific record, artist, or label.”

If we’re able to source it, we’ll notify you when it’s added to our store so you can place your order.

3. Do you offer local pick-up?

Yes. We’re based in St. Petersburg, Florida, and offer local pick-up for customers who live in the Tampa Bay area (or anyone passing through).

Use our contact form to coordinate a local pickup. We’ll send you a promo code to use at checkout to waive shipping and handling fees.

4. Do you ship internationally?

Not yet—we currently ship within the U.S. only.
We may expand to international shipping in the future, so stay connected through our newsletter or Instagram for updates.

5. How do you handle shipping within the U.S.?

We ship via UPS Ground with tracking. Orders typically ship within 2 business days, and U.S. orders over $100 ship free.

6. I’m a label or artist—can I sell vinyl directly through Backlink Records?

Absolutely. We love working directly with artists and labels. Use our contact form to tell us more about your release.

7. Does Backlink Records have a physical retail store?

We’re an online record store. But, we’re active in the Tampa Bay electronic music scene and often do local pick-ups at events.

8. How do I stay updated on new arrivals, restocks, and promos?

Follow us on Instagram, but also make sure to subscribe to our email list. Subscribers always get first access to new arrivals, restocks, and promos.
